It has a medium-dry taste with relatively high acidity, resulting in a medium-bodied and flavourful drink. The taste includes floral and sweet elements, ending with a sour and refreshing finish. The pronounced acidity features intense citrus flavours, contributing to a lasting aftertaste with citric zest. There is a slight fizziness that enhances the drinking experience. This sake's vibrant citrus makes it suitable for drinking alone or pairing with savoury foods such as fried calamari or grilled meats.
