A sweet aroma of ripe fruits such as pears, white peaches, and plums. The palate opens gently yet richly, with a medium to medium-full body and a silky texture accompanied by a hint of effervescence. Its mouthfeel evokes the warmth of compote, complemented by deep, expressive notes of steamed rice and cacao. The finish is long, with balanced acidity and a lingering cacao aftertaste.

I am glad we managed to procure an ishobin of this brilliant tipple.
