Sweet aroma of ripe fruits, ginjoka and a touch of spice. Smooth, gentle entry; medium-bodied; velvety texture. On the palate, one notices a pleasant sweetness derived from rice grown in Ishikawa, which evolves into pleasant acidity and crispness. Short and clean finish with a lingering peppery aftertaste. The brewery recommends enjoying it chilled, at room temperature or even slightly warmed. At room temperature, the crispness loses its edge, opening up to a creamy sweetness and herbal aromata.
