This very limited sake is an unfiltered ginjō made by Watanabe Shuzōten, known for the Hōrai brand, in collaboration with the Kanagawa retailer Passeporte. Only 900 bottles were produced. It pours clear, with a light lemon-green colour and a slight thickness. The aroma is softly sweet, with notes of ripe banana and fig, light white florals, and hints of honey and sugar cane. On the palate, it is full but easy to drink, showing ripe peach and pear flavours. Despite being undiluted, it feels smooth and well-balanced, with a clean, tidy finish. At 18.1% alcohol, it has clear strength, but the balance and smoothness make it easy to drink and comfortable on the palate.
