Tenzan Shichida Junmai 75% Polished Yamadanishiki (七田 純米七割五分磨き 山田錦) is the pioneer of the Shichida 75% polished series. Made of Yamadanishiki, the low milling rate maximises the power of the rice. It is aged for over one year, which brings out the harmony of the clear and brilliant flavours and creates a unique and delicious sake.
With its overwhelming stability, Yamada Nishiki is characterized by a faint grape-like aroma and acidity that produces a good aftertaste. It expresses the plump and sophisticated taste typical of Yamada Nishiki, with its voluminous flavour and strength. It is recommended to drink cool (15-20°C) or warm (40-45°C).
