Pronounced ginjō aroma with notes of dried fruit and mild spice. Highly aromatic on the palate, with a medium body, silky texture, and a rich mouthfeel shaped by pronounced umami and the natural sweetness of the rice. Crisp and dry on the finish, yet very approachable and easy to drink, an excellent example of a dry sake.
