Shichida Junmai Ginjō Muroka (七田 純米吟醸 無濾過) is made of Yamadanishika (20%), and Saga no Hana (80%) rice varieties milled to 55%. It is one of Tenzan's most popular sakes abroad. It is a limited product with a white peach flavour and a rich aftertaste. The umami is unique to unfiltered sake and is more pronounced than in polished ones. It is best consumed at 10-15°C and paired with grilled mackerel, seared bonito, or bamboo shoot tempura.
