Very dry with a solid alcoholic flavour and herbal notes, bitter finish. Passable table sake.

Okuhida BK Tanrei Junmai Ginjō is made of Gifu's own Hidahomare sake milled to 60%. With BK standing for "black", this dry sake has a refreshingly smooth and light taste.
