Nakamura Chiyotsuru Junmai Ginjō Akigawa Keikoku is made with the clear underground water of the Akigawa River. It has a fruity aroma and a mellow taste and is slightly dry.
Aroma of narazuke pickles and citrus. Smooth and bitter on the palate, with a moderate dryness and a delicate harmony of mild sweetness and tangy acidity. Hints of spice and fenugreek. Lingering finish with a clean aftertaste. A superb sake!
