Minakata Chōkarakuchi Junmai offers a fruity aroma borne on the notes of stone fruits, citrus, and berries and accompanied by a subtle lactic touch. It enters the palate gently and mildly, showcasing a light body and delicate texture. Earthy undertones are present and lead to an exceptionally dry finish with pronounced acidity. This creates a crisp and refreshing sensation. The rice flavour is delicate and smoother as the sake warms to room temperature while maintaining its crisp character. It pairs well with savoury and rich foods, particularly Western meat dishes. A slightly bitter aftertaste lingers.
