It has a delicate aroma with hints of dried fruit and namazuke pickles. The palate opens softly yet fully, offering a rich, velvety mouthfeel with gentle sweetness evoking chocolate and cocoa, balanced by a faint touch of acidity. The finish is short and understated. This is a refined and nuanced expression of ginjo sake!
