Although Nada is known for its "otokozake", men's sake, this one has all the characteristics of an "onnazake". Light and mellow, paired with tender sweetness. The Amayagi is made of Yamadanishiki from Hyogo and has a faint nose of dried fruits. It is slightly dry on the palate, has a sweet, light alcohol flavour and is refreshing without being too astringent. Very easy to drink, with more sweetness at room temperature.
