Sagaminada Tokubetsu Honjozo is made of Miyamanishiki rice milled to 60%. It is clear and has a pale lemon-green colouration. A nose of dried fruits, caramel and cream, almost like yoghurt, and very dry on the palate. Its basic sweetness transcends into bitterness that finishes in a peppery spiciness. Very herbal and delicious.
