Kubota's Junmai Ginjo Omachi has all the characteristics of the Sagaminada line: a distinct herbal flavour and a tingling spiciness. It comes with a fruity nose with spicy notes; medium-dry with moderate acidity and a pleasant sweetness. Spicy and refreshing finish. Almost as exquisite as its brother of the Yamadanishiki line.
