We found this sake in a souvenir shop in Shirahama. It presents as colourless and transparent. The aroma is delicate, showcasing notes of dried fruits and a subtle hint of narazuke pickles. The sake is mild and gentle on the palate with a balanced profile. It exhibits a subtle sweetness, a slight acidity, and a refreshing spiciness. The sake becomes milder and smoother when warmed, as befitting a kanzake award winner. The spiciness is tempered, while the slight acidity remains, enhancing a pleasantly pronounced rice flavour.
