Ishikawa Tamajiman Junmai Muroka uses domestic rice milled to 70%. It is a muroka, so no carbon filtration has been applied to maintain its natural aroma. This line has been given the highest award at the Kanzake Competition.
Sweet scent of dried fruits and pudding. The Muroka gives it a touch of nama with a fungi-like sweetness balanced with refreshing acidity. Dry. Both sweetness and acidity spread mid-palate. Lingering acidity.
