HIZIRIZM Hitomebore 35 & 50 "SAVAGE" Kimoto

A limited Junmai Daiginjō made from Gunma-grown Hitomebore, with the kōji rice polished to 35% and the remaining rice to 50%. Brewed using the traditional kimoto method, it combines fresh fruit, gentle sweetness and lively acidity.
