Gentle and fruity nose with hints of strawberry, melon, mango, white peach and banana. The palate opens with a solid yet elegant entry. Full-bodied and creamy, it offers a smooth mouthfeel that balances fruity sweetness with deep umami and refreshing acidity. Towards the finish, a slight bitterness emerges before giving way to a clean, gentle finish with a faintly sweet aftertaste: a rich, expressive, yet refined sake from Yamagata.
