Daina's standard Junmai Ginjo exhibits a refreshing nose with prominent citric aromas—a gentle and smooth entry on the palate followed by a distinct bitterness. It has a medium body with a velvety texture and a well-balanced mouthfeel, showcasing a harmonious blend of mild sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The finish is short and mild. As the sake warms to room temperature, it gains complexity, with subtle hints of green and grassy notes emerging. Overall, this is an outstanding sake.
