Is it possible to live in woods instead of apartment? I mean the Language school in Hokkaido im attending at is close to the forest and I have no problems sleeping in top of a tree or something. Will I go to prison for sleeping outside?

Don't be silly. Sleeping on peoples' property is called trespassing. Sleeping in the woods in Hokkaido in fall, winter, spring, is called suicide.
