This is a 1965 map of Setagaya. I'm not sure if there's anything comparable online. Okamotochō is still a subdivision of Setagaya Ward, just south of Kinuta Park.

This is the best I could come up with. The address doesn't show up because nowadays you'd need the "choume" to get closer. For your address, it might be written something like the following. The 1 is the choume. Okamoto-cho is divided into 1, 2, and 3 choume.

Thank you so much! This photo is really helpful and I have managed to eliminate certain places with it!!It is an aerial photograph of the Geographical Survey Institute 1960s
