The first part is a date using the 60-year cyclical Chinese zodiac calendar. Its a date in either 1885, 1945 or 2005 (etc).
The second one should contain the name of the artist. I can only read Gakudō (or maybe Rakudō - both readings are possible). I can't make out the other bits.
The right side of the seal looks like 渡邊 (Watanabe), which is a very common Japanese last name. But I can't be sure because it looks like an incomplete impression.

Don't ask me how, but within minutes I found the seal here:

However that name is not mentioned in the text and google does not clear anything up for me.
Does it say who uses this seal? Attached the image concerned.

Here it says Watanabe Kazan was also known as 渡邊登

After his death, he signed his will [his will was signed], "Unfaithful and unfilial Noboru Watanabe." [2] One of the brightest lights in the history of modern Japan, the light of thought, suddenly faded away in the turbulent political environment. At this time, Huashan [Kazan] was only 48 years old. [1]"

So Noboru Watanabe was indeed his real name, I'ld think...

Watanabe Kazan is a big name. It's known that there are countless fakes of his works. Sorry to say this, but it doesn't seem to me that the two seals, yours and the one from 必携 落款字典 in the page you linked, i.e., the genuine one, are identical.

@Toritoribe, yes I was aware of the difference in seals. I showed it to confirm the reading in the first place. I realize the odds ae against mine being real and the other fake. But do or did painters have more than one stamp of their particular seals so that both could be real?
