Kawase Hasui (1883-1957, 川瀬巴水), Mount Fuji seen from Satta Pass (さった峠の富士), 1935. "Satta Toge no Fuji" (Mt. Fuji from Satta Pass) is a woodblock print by Japanese artist Kawase Hasui, published by Watanabe Shozaburo in April 1935. It depicts Mount Fuji as seen from the Satta Pass, a scenic but challenging location along the historic Tōkaidō road. The work is part of a larger tradition of depicting Mt. Fuji, notably including Hokusai's series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.
