Katsura Kaishi, Rakugo Performer is the king of English Rakugo in Japan and worldwide. In 2007, he was appointed by the Agency for Cultural Affairs as an Ambassador for Cultural Exchange. Last year, he completed 75 performances in 33 cities for the first USA coast-to -coast tour.
