My husband is a MEXT scholar and I want to go Japan as a dependent visa but i cannot understand who will give me the written pledge. If my husband university deny to give the written pledge then from where he will collect the written pledge.It needs to be provided by your or your spouse's sponsor (usually your company, university, school, or other organisations).
