I think you can say (a). But how about (b) and (c)?
(a) Look at the boy singing on the stage.
(b) Look at the singing boy.
(c) Look at the boy singing.

(a) is to emphasize the boy is on the stage meaning if the person you are speaking to is actually unaware a boy is singing on the stage.

(b)very unnatural sounding

(c)commonly used
