Hello!

We are in urgent need of an English teacher, currently living in Japan currently in possession of a work visa. Our school called, englishbiz (香川県高松市子供英会話教室 englishbiz 子ども英語) is a group of 5 full time schools and we serve Takamatsu and Miki (a nice little town to the south of us). We have a staff scheduled to come but she has been unfortunately delayed for a little while. We will still receive her when the time comes but we need a teacher to come and work with us immediately. We are expanding to opening a couple of schools in a few months so the new hire will not be "tossed" when our delayed staff finally arrives. We don't work that way. We don't believe that teachers are "disposable commodities". That is one of the reasons I built this company so far.

So, if you are someone who is looking for a job and who is a teacher-type, who has a visa, who is friendly and kind, and good with kids and knows a couple things about teaching/coaching/mentoring I would love to talk with you. The situation is urgent, so I hope me meet someone soon.

Our conditions for work are fair (and we can discuss details via email please). We start all new staff at a base salary, and it can and will grow over time. We will subsidize healthcare. We give paid holidays. We do NOT have overtime. We do not consider your weekends time to do marketing work for us or PR stunt type things... You do not have to jump around and be an entertainer. Just a teacher, and you work with a team because we don't push people into classrooms to "fend for themselves". We will help you with housing and will support you in relocation expenses.

So, if this sounds like something you would like to talk further with us, please fire off a CV, recent photo and a quick introduction.

Many thanks to the moderators of these boards to permit this posting! I hope to actually contribute more to the discussions here once we can make sure our staff shortage is covered and everyone is supported and Ok in the classroom.

Thank you!

I hope I can apply for the Job because I love teaching but unfortunately I'm in Australia right now. Thanks for posting this job. I know you will find more capable applicants.

Hi,

I'm just waiting for my visa to be approved from Australia which should be another week or so however I am interested in the position. I'll be coming to Takamatsu to play Ice hockey as well. So I'm not sure of the work load and whether both will clash or not just yet. Although I'm very interested.

Can you please provide an email address so that I can send my confidential information across to you directly?

Kind regards,

Adrian
