Boss showing 3rd party my medical certificate.

Can anyone tell me if my employer has the right to show a third party my medical certificate?
The third party is an organization that contracts lesson through his company.
I am contracted to my employer, not the third party.
It concerns me that my private sensitive information will be shown to an organization that I have no legal obligation to.
Does my employer have this right?

I surfed around and found the following, which says basically there are situations where the third party's right to information concerning the employee's health outweights the employee's right to privacy, and in this case your employer may provide your health information to a third party.

The situation below describes someone in the health care profession, so your situation may not be analagous to this. If you are a teacher, and you are getting sent to a school from a dispatch agency, I can see how the dispatch agency might have a compelling reason to verify to the school that you are fit to work there.

I think if you are positioning yourself for a legal fight you will find it tough going. Better to resolve this some other way, or move to a different company.

I start my new job soon and since I gave 3 months notice the boss is making all kinds of demands that he has never done in the last 5 years. It's not dispatch, and I suspect he just said they wanted one to be his passive aggressive little self, so I did want to challenge him if I could you to add to the environment that I can wait to get out of.

Sounds like he just wants you to leave earlier than you told him. That way, he doesn't have to pay you. Jerk. Just tough it out unless he gets unreasonable. If that happens, contact the Labour Standards Office nearest you and ask for advice.
