Hi:
I have some doubts about how to fill the certificate, since my doctor doesn't know too.
In the
EYESIGHT (R)_______(L)________ (R)_______(L)________
without glasses with glasses etc.
what should I put in te "_______"? something like "normal" (of course in that were the case)?.

And
Urinalysis: GLUCOSE("should I write the number that I obtained from the tests?" ) , PROTEIN( ), OCCULT BLOOD(-) in this last one I write that because is negative.

Thanks!

For eyesight have them test you and put 20/20, 20/40, or whatever it is. I guess, if they use that system in your country. For all I know they might not. My doctor had an exam thing at the clinic, but if yours doesn't you might have to figure something out. My glucose, occult blood, and protein all say neg. I guess if yours was positive and you got a number you'd put that? I don't really know.

Here I have written something "10/10 without correction"(I think that correspon to without glasses). I don't wear glasses, I don't need them accoring to my ophthalmologist...so should I put something in the "with glasses" part?.
About Glucosa and protein, you are right, my doctor fill with the "blood test" result those fields -.-' . Now I'm reading my Urinalysis test and it says GLUCOSA NEG and Protein NEG.
I have my certificate already signed, so my doctor leave the eyesight part in black until I find out what should I put there. but in the other part he wrote the numbers xD.
>.<

hjordis , last question...in the glucosa field you put "NEG" or write a line like "-" ,the same with ANEMIA...
because in the past history it says we should put + or - , so I use - with the meaning of NEGATIVE.

My doctor put neg, but a - should be fine. For the anemia he just left it blank to indicate that I don't have it. He also attached all the blood test results, but I think that was a bit much. He kind of just did what he wanted. *shrugs* But yeah if you go with - it'll probably be fine.

hi guys new here
kamei, may i ask you a question?
if you are taking the health certificate, does this mean you have passed the interview?
thx in advance

Hello Hope, the health certificate is necessary(just for applying to the scholarship) to be presented before you take the English/Japanese test, after the exams comes the interview. At least that is the way here in Argentina.

@kamei01

thanks for our prompt reply =D

here in Malaysia,
they ask for my health certificate only after i've passed the examinations and brought along for the interview.

that's why i was curious, haha

anyway good luck and thanks again🙂

when are you having your exams?

i've passed the exams and en route for the interviews scheduled for next month

There is no date for the exams yet here, but I have time until 30 of this month to apply to the scholarship, after that day I think they going to say us when the exams will take place. Here the exams and the interview take place the same day, in the morning we make the exams then they check and scored them and say the names of the applicants who can pass to the interview. That is very convinient for my since I live really far from where the embassy is located.
Congratulations for passing to the interview. 👍

Haha, this is a lot like my schedule. Our deadline is one day after yours. Isn't your testing/interview at the beginning of August too?

I'm not sure but it usually takes place at the end of july... this year there is no date yet. 😌

Yeah we don't have a date either. Only August 2-6. I only hope we get a date soon after application closes, so I have time to make hotel reservations and such.

Hello guys,
I am wondering if wearing eye glasses would decrease my chances in getting the scholarship?
Has anyone before won the scholarship while he has eye glasses?
