Hi,

as a waiter I have to deal with breakfast and would like to know how to tell people when (and where) breakfast is served. I usually say something like:

Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am (on the rooftop)

thank you so much!

Also, it'd be great to tell people till when the bar is opened and if I can show them the way to it.

The bar is open from 3pm to midnight. May I show you the way to the bar?

douzo megashite kudasai

「ルーフトップレストランで、朝食は7時から11時までです」 Is this exactly what you're saying??

(開始時間 = 7 ) と

(終了時間 = 11)

is there any differences between choushoku and asa gohan ??

"megashite"? What you were supposed to say might be "meshiagatte/omeshiagari（召し上がって/お召し上がり）" or the honorific of 食べる, by any chance?

7時間[nana/shichi-jikan]: seven hours

朝食[Choushoku] sounds more formal.

No. Bar is ﾆ弛ﾂー. 窶ｹi窶卮停?弭 does not serve liquor.

One other pointed out by my wife is, typically japanese will use military time so you can just say the time with out specifying time of day.

I was going to suggest.

朝食ご利用時間は午前７時から１１時まで。 But wifey pointed out that it will be expected that it is morning so 午前 is not needed.

～～に・へご案内致します is fine as well. By the way, I'm confused about politeness at your place so I just initially give the standard script. (案内しましょう)。And you don't always need a まで。

for the first one I thought the following would be fine:

watashi no nihongo de annai ni /ueitasu/ nikansuru de gozaimasu

for the second I cannot come up with anything yet, maybe something like:

nihongo annai ueita nikansuru

NO. Replace it with a comma ? And so this is information you're writing in Japanese, right ?

I didn't check on the commonality of ウェイター vs. 給仕人 (imho), but any nuances need to be cleared first (imho).
