You should understand that it takes time for people to get to know each other. I wouldn't expect any replies simply by registering and asking such a broad question right off like that...

Culture is culture. It has too many aspects that you can't explain in just a few posts. Hang around and explore. 🙂

It is not a matter of how broad a question is. Just look at the number of people who register and never return after 3 posts. Ok, fine maybe 20 or 30 sometimes. Mere statistics. If, for every introduction I said that the person will not stay, I think I'd be 98% right on average.
 
Softly bumping this to say, it's been a good two months. Perhaps you're right.
