I am sorry. I have another more question. If anybody, please can give me help, of what is easiest style of English learning. I buy books are expensive, and because living in America, I must import. But I do not understand. It is saying that there are many ways to say 窶倪?凪?堙ｩﾂ。 On list it say there are the run, and running, and runner, and ran. It say to remember forms and form tense. But then it does not say what the tense is meaning. What is it? I remember RAN is like runed and 窶倪?凪?堙≫?堋ｽ but sometimes it change to ran instead of usual ED form. Please somebody can tell me how to do this please? How to know if it is suppose to be the different form? And is the ING, ED, ER, form is applying to most or all words? Thank you so much.

Something about your post doesn't add up. Here you are asking a question about a simple verb conjugation, yet you are asking that very question using English that is.....more "advanced" than what you'd expect from someone who doesn't know what the differences among RUN, RAN, RUNNER, etc. are.
I have checked out your profile and it says you have never been to Japan. What is your first language?

IF you are serious and looking for ways to improve your English, sign up for a class, private lessons, etc. You have it easy compared to many who are trying to learn English in that you live in the US. If you need a text book or ten, just order from sites like amazon.jp that ship overseas. Not much harder than ordering books from your local bookstore.

Sorry, I am trying to ask if they are stay the same for all words. I have bought the book. My native language is Chinese and Japanese. My mother is Chinese and my father is Japanese. However, my mother can speak Japanese. She has worked in Japan then so I was born there. I am sorry. I will say now, I am using the translator. The babel fish.

If you have an English-Japanese (not online or electric one but the printed one), you'll find a list of 不規則動詞 (verb with irregular conjugation) in it, usually at the end of the book.
If you understand Japanese, this website is useful/helpful.

動詞 section, and 14-2 動詞の活用 gives detailed explanation on basic conjugation for past and past participle （過去形、過去分詞） with some patterns of irregular ones.

The "-er" you mentioned is to make a noun from a verb to express someone/something that does something (like run -> runner), I could not find a page immediately but the basic is
verb + er (come - comer, speak - speaker, sell - seller)
and double the consonant in the same way as you do for -ing form
(e.g. run - running - runner, swim - swimming - swimmer)
Also note that there are some exceptions which take -or instead of -er.
(e.g. translate - translator, communicate - communicator, direct - director)
The best way is to check with dictionaries.

I guess she does not have enough English skill to understand grammar books written in English, and she need to import those written in either Japanese or Chinese which are her mother tongues.

Watch your favourite DVDs in English with the sub-titles ﾂ「ﾅｽﾅ｡窶凪?ｹﾂ」turned ON. Repeat everything out loud. Play again and again. If there are songs, SING THE SONGS. Do it again and again.
Next, go and make some English speaking friends (shouldn't be difficult in a friendly English-speaking country like the United States of America
