Go to USCISsite, check your status if you need to. As you know, the customer service will not be able to assist you for individual case, but they may give you information on your local office which might have a phone number you can call. And, read all the documents you've sent and recieved thoroughly; I've found phone numbers of my local offices on a reciept they'd sent me and spoken to the officers who had my file with them.

April is not that bad, have your fiance take care of her pictures asap because I'm sure she'll have to make appointments for a physical checkup, background check with the police, etc. soon.

When you get them, SCAN them into your computer so you can have ready access to them if the need arises.

In fact, scan EVERYTHING before sending.

I am having her send me 4 copies of her photos and I asked about sending registered mail but I was told even with a Recieved reciept they would still need to be sent again. USCIS is not responsible for lost documents. or something to that nature.

Jeez, so we have to tell you everything?! ;-)
If the USCIS office is nearby, hand deliver them and get a receipt!
