Death Note

Hey XD
i jux watched Death note movie yesterday..
n i can't wait to watch the sec. part. lol.
hmm. does anybody knows what is the actor's name who acted as 'L' in the movie?
He is actually the one who acted as Okazaki Shinichi in NANA movie, am i right?
 
So, am I the only one that thought the Death Note manga was a bit slow, went off course halfway through and didn't know how to finish properly?
It had a promising start, but overall it's a so-so manga in my opinion. :eek:
 
Well that was pretty omoshiroii (interesting) I think. I like the story line, and also that the Death looks like it comes straight out of the Manga *it looks comic, not reall*

I am looking forward for "Death Note, the last name".
 
i've seen the first 3 episodes of the manga and i think it's totally amaze!
i went straight to ebay and bought the manga, it will arrive next week, i can't wait!!
 
I can't wait for the Deathnote movie and anime...it hasn't reached here yet...but it will soon! :p

of course i've read death noteee~~ i'm sure most of us have....my fav character WAS Raito...until he became a little nuts at the second half and neard the end....>____<;;; my second would have to be L...especially in the movie...he's SO CUTE in the movieee~~😌
 
Hey has anyone notice an eerie simularity to Death Note and the Showtime series Dexter?
 
I want to read it because everyone say I look like one girl who appears in it. Now I'm looking for some information in internet about death note
 
i watched first five episodes of anime.. never knew about it before (so obviously, never read manga, not watched movies)..
i really like how anime is done. and whole story, of course. interesting, (maybe some things are predictable, but ok).. dark.. music is great. i like the whole thing. now I'm waiting for sixth episode to be translated (my japanese is not so good).. so, i think I'll wait to anime to be finish before i watch movies... i guess there is a lot of difference, but i don't want to spoil it by watching movie and discovering what is going to happen, i guess.
anyway.. i highly recommend death note

one more thing.. i like this way of drawing too! most of the characters are just soooo cool and good looking 😌

Death Note's one of my latest manga obsession's =D So far I've gotten 6 people hooked into it. *likes a lot of manga* :D But I think this is the 1st manga I've read that isn't humor

I still <3 it! =D

I wanna see the movie and the animeT_T but i don't think I'll be able to... I've seen the opening and ending on youtube!! Love them! I already liked the songs cause I like nightmareXP, but they are both cool, the op. and ed.T_T... ahh... I always check the music part of the forum and I forget about the manga side!! :p I should check in here more often!! ((oh, I keep editing this post!)) Btw, don't you love L and Light?????? I love them both so I don't really know which one to support!! And I like the drawing so much... I wish I could draw that way... Really, a perfect manga, like I haven't read in a while!! ((at least so far, of course :p :p))

If you're referring to OST of the anime series, then it's not even out yet.
It'll be out on 12/21/2006.
And if it's the OST of the movie, it is out but...

There's a part 2 of the movie? o.O when, where? I went to see Death Note in July (when I was in Japan)... didn't know there'd be a continuation... 👍

as far as i know.. it will have premiere in Japan in December... i still haven't watch even first one.. i just got hooked on anime, so i don't want to spoil it...
and still waiting for someone to sub 7th episode and upload it on youtube :(
