I have so few Közi pictures, i left them all on my other computer and nowthey got deleted. oh well life goes on.

Though, i swear i have seen that hat era Malice Mizer somewhere.

Hmm, it's quite difficult to recommend songs, because they are different from each other, and also, I like all of his songs. But... *thinks*...
I recommend... Incoherents, Promenade, Innermost, The Eyes, Crimson Star, Honey Vanity (retromantics club mix..... sooooo catchy! 🕺 :D ), Night Creature, Que Sera Sera...

If you like classically-type but weirdish music, anything from Izayoi no Tsuki album is good - it's slower, gentle, eerie music. (Except for Kaikou which is more like a dance track!) 👍

Thank you for sending me the songs you did. That's the song I was talking about Life goes on ~with melancholy~ ^_^. So far i've downloaded Incoherents and it's a really good song.
 
Yeah, Incoherents is one of my favourites! It defies classification, and it's so fun, and his voice is... mmm... ^_^

Well, it's not really new, but he is/was (?) working for Eve of Destiny, project of Haruhiko Ash. But Eve of Destiny haven't done anything (tours, release) for ages, so there's a lot of speculation that they might be stopping activity. They also got pretty screwed over by Celtic Circle Productions (the company that released Nervous and Innocence, their only 'official' release). Although I doubt this setback would have made them stop activity if they really wanted to continue, there is speculation (and I have to say, all these are speculation only, there is nothing official said) that this might have contributed or at least been a discouragement.

Having said that, they did tour in several places. 👍 If they are stopping activity, it could be for any number of reasons, which we can't know without an official statement of some sort.

Anyway, that's Eve of Destiny. :p Not sure whether they are a 'currently active' band at the moment, but until we hear news from themselves... I guess they are. :unsure:

Kozi also played in a session band called Death Attack Chainsaw, which played at a fanclub event in summer 2005. They haven't made any releases (a shame, cos I'm curious about them!) and may never do so, since they are 'only' a session band. Kozi plays bass in this band. The other members are Kazune (vocals - and he also used to be in Brain Hacker although not as lead vocalist), Shimizu Shin (guitar - he is Kozi's childhood friend and not a professional musician in life but an actor or something), and Masashi (drums). :-)

Apart from these activities, Kozi is making solo work. :music: 🕺

That is something I don't know. I think no one knows this except for Mana and Kozi! :haihai: Some people have said that they think not, but there seems to be no reason for this except for some interview where Mana was asked if he still talks to ex-MM members and he said "no comment". Some people assumed this meant that there had been some falling-out, but I don't see any reason to suppose it; it could just be that Mana didn't want to talk about such things in the public. Kozi has not commented on it, except when he was asked whether he still keeps in contact with ex-MM members and he said "Yes, sometimes I meet with some of them". (Industry interview by Case, November 2002.) But he has not said anything about Mana specifically.

It's just i watched a backstage thingy of moi dix mois this week and Mana Sama looked so lonley he hasn't been looking very happy reciently i know he never looks over joyed but he looks diffrent ☝
in Malice Mizer he looked serious now he looks sad :?
he really looked like a lonley pertunia in an onion patch ☝
Moi dix Mois are a great band but Mana Sama doesn't look as close to them as he did to the members of Malice Mizer
he looks more like his there boss and maneger not there friend
He said once aparently that Malice Mizer wasn't over if it's true i wonder what he ment☝
It's just it always seems as if Mana Sama is still holding on to Malice Mizer sometimes☝
oh er sorry exscuse my ramblings it's just i'v been thinking a lot about it ever since i saw that documentory i don't like the idea of Mana Sama sad :unsure:

Well, Kozi released a mini-album, Loki n' Roll, in May. Between his previous album and that one, was quite a long gap (a year and 2 months, to be exact), so I don't have my hopes high that he will release anything soon - although you never know. ^^

I think it gives a really interesting and nice view of Mana's relationship with the members of MdM. Just for partly, I quote from K: "A lot of people think that Mana is very strict. Actually it isn窶冲 like that. We all know very well what Mana makes for this band possible and what he want to reach with it. We are able to bring our own ideas into the music! We state our own suggestions and when they meet with approval we advance them."

Personally, I don't think that Malice Mizer in any form will ever re-form. But you can read my views on that in the Malice Mizer thread! There are threads for both MM and Moi dix Mois under the "bands and groups" section. :p

Anyway, from the interview I think Mana has a good relationship with the members of MdM... :-)

I suppose I should think of something to say about Kozi, but I'm sure everyone here is already fed up enough of me... 😌 Oh go on then, while I'm here, I might as well say that he has a live on October 7 at Harajuku Astro Hall. 🕺

Yu~ki, he worked with Kozi, he wrote the lyrics for "Memento" single. 👍 But I don't think he has done anything musically since then... I wish he would make something, he was a good bassist. :( Or maybe he just likes to play music as a hobby these days. I guess he probably doesn't have to work for a living.
