I am trying to find a highschool boy in Japan named Levi ( リヴァイ ) please help
 
Any info you have on him might help. Maybe a last known address or phone number. City or town he last lived in. His name spelled out in Kanji if you can post a picture of it or any pictures of him. Finding someone in Japan is very difficult , so the more info you can provide , the better chance of lucking out.
 
Yeah we are gonna need more information than a name and last name.
 
Not sure how popular that name is. Imagine if you were trying to find John Smith on Facebook. There would probably be a lot of people who would pop up with that same name. Japan is kind of like that , many people with that same name. Often the way the name is written in Kanji is a way to tell the difference. If he ever mentioned the city he is in , that may help a little. Don't give up hoping to find him , just trying to get across to you how hard it is to find someone in Japan without a lot of info about them to help in the search. Did he go to a high school here in America with you? If so , the school might be able to help you with info they have if there no privacy rules against it. If he was in a high school in Japan talking with you , the name of the high school might help. Sorry to be a pest about more info , but searching for someone in Japan is hard.

His name is Levy or Levi he is in Japan I think his last name is Shimada.
 
I can find a lot of Levi Shimadas when I google that name.
Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest... someone with that name is all over social media.
It can't be a very common name, so one of these platforms should have the guy you are looking for, no?
 
If you google pictures of Levi shimada, you'll just get pictures of Levi Ackerman from Attack on titan, LOL. And some jeans and valorant.
 
Tell me about it , LOL. I google something and get 37 ads for it in the next day and the following month. I doubt it will ever go the way of SNOPES and Wikipedia though.200.gif
 
Out of curiosity, I searched for something related to a video game that @Master_o_puppets had mentioned. Now YouTube thinks I'm some kind of serious gamer. Even when on there "in cognito".

duckduckgo browser has a YouTube viewer built into it that is supposed to prevent that from happening. I think it works though I haven't intentionally tested it.
