"Suki Sake" or "Sake Suki"

I'd say 酒が大好き (sake ga daisuki), but sake is a generic term for any type of alcohol.
Perhaps 日本酒が大好き (nihonshu ga daisuki), nihonshu being what Westerners refer to as sake.
Or, to keep the theme simple: 酒が好き (sake ga suki).
Or what about 酒好き (sakezuki)? Sakezuki means as much as 'sake aficionado'.

I would say Sake dai suki. (And you might want to consider spelling it "Sake dai ski.")
