You're a Psycho

about a year ago i saw a music video on mtv in japan by a band i do not know the name of. the song's lyrics were in japanese with the exception of the last lines of the chorus: "you're a psycho! you're a psycho!"
the band could be described as pop-punk, they reminded me a tiny bit of the ramones.
if anybody has any information regarding the name of the band or the name of the song i will appreciate you and your response for the rest of my days.

Could it possibly be "Psycho;Angel" as performed by MISERYﾂ×LNOIX?

Granted the lyric of this song is "You're a psycho; an angel!" but it was the closest thing a quick search brought up.
