I say this all of the time when bending over to pick something up, out of habit really, though I learned it a bit differently, as more like, n~sho to..., though I'm not exactly sure this is right.
Is anyone familiar with this common interjection & maybe it's variants, like nsho, unsho, oisho) said when lifting something, or when you have to pick up something heavy?
