If I were a dictator, I am 100% sure that I would take 1% of rebate from the aid and that I would exchange yen for gold or EURO now.
If we could see something about the Imperial Japan in the Marcos' gold, it would be interesting. But I think they are just European gold ingots.

I think the Yamashita treasure is nothing but the money which corrupted government officials took.

HOW MaRcos was able to produce and deposited abroad THOUSAND TONS GOLD (worth several hundred $billions)... if not from Yam treas?

Your country is not our territory, so we could not say anything how to spend the money.

I know the ODA from Japan has been controvercial. For example, a dam by the ODA will destroy the traditional panning gold culture, but what else supplys the electricity which Philippine people in the urban area want? It is true many dams have taken beautiful villages or scenaries away in Japan, but it is also true that they saved millions of people.

About the gold...
Just look at the 5 year chart of NY spot gold.

I know Chinese people like to invest on gold, and the chart is the evidence.
So far, the market ignores THOUSAND TONS GOLD in your country.

JAPAN ODA fund is one causes of our endless foriegn debt.....bcoz it masquerade as if it is just a loan for Philippines, but actually the attachment conditions....to that loan are.... ONLY Japanese made overpriced equipment/companies 25%....and ONLY japanese consultancy 15%... Meaning the money BENEFIT we borrowed (ODA from Japan) actuallY we get is ONLY ABOUT 60 % OF ITS TOTAL VALUE....meaning we are shortchanged...they lend us 100% but they will take 40% (consultancy/expensive japanese companies/products)...THATS IS THE FACT...while other countries lend us...w/o attachment conditons...

Why don't you lend us the money W/O ATTACHMENT CONDITIONS...so that we can get rid of 25% of Japanese overpriced equipment/companies (thru bidding) and w/o expensive Japanese consultancy (15%)...filipino can do it even w/o japanese consultants...
SO THAT WE WILL GET 100% of the fund...we will pay it anyway....

The Yamashita Treasure scam is the basic internet scam. You know of a great treasure, but need money to retrieve it.

Good grief, get a friggen job and pay for your own treasure adventure. All one has to do is google - yamashita, gboy - and see how you have been touting this scam all over the internet.

If JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency?) is honest enough to admit that the Japanese Government retrieved several YAM treasures thru its operation in the Phils., then I think the Japanese people will believe that YAM treasure exists....

I know a Japanese Official residing in Pangasinan, Philippines. He is Mr. Carlos Teraoka. A high ranking official of a certain Fil-Jap Community. Ask him and you will be cleared of doubts regarding the existence of YAM treasures. That, if he will admit it.
