Me and my friend love Visual Kei and live in Tokyo
we would really like to find some friends who are into Visual Kei aswell.
Where can we meet such people, where do they always hang out?
Which clubs, bars, festivals? Streets in Shibuya?

How we can meet them? Anyone a idea?
