What Japanese dictionary do you use?

Hi guys and gals!

I've been learning Japanese for about six months now and have a variety of different textbooks, dictionaries, iPhone apps, ect ect. That I'm using to help me learn Japanese.

What I want to know is, what do you guys use? Do you have a favourite book or website that helps you learn Japanese?

I've been trying to create a series of posts on the Help Me Japanese blog to share all the really good resources that I have found. My personal favourite is the book "remembering the kanji" and "Japanese for busy people"
