What is the difference between に and には

Hello everyone, I get confused in a question
There is a example in my Japanese book:

こんな数学問題は難しすぎるので、私には解けません。

My question is if I can change には to は?

ie. こんな数学問題は難しすぎるので、私は解けません。

also, Is there any difference between 2 sentence?

Yes you can use には or は but that should probably not be taken as a general rule.

は often suggest there's alternative/option/something or someone else.
私は解けません is a generic statement, "I cannot solve it" while
私には解けません is more specific about myself - "I cannot solve it (though others might be able to/though more advanced students can)" for instance.

There is another example of this 「には」double 助詞 with 「に」in this Japanese advertisement.
