I have a little question.
Is there a difference in meanig or nuance between (a) and (b)?
(a) That's the best way to learn a foreign language.
(b) That's the best way of learning a foreign language.

I'd say they are equivalent.

The nuances are the same. But (a) is better. (B) sounds strange.
