Verb (passive) vs Verb (te form moraimashita)

What's the difference between this two sentences:

電車の中で足を踏まれました。
電車の中で足を踏んでもらいました。

Sorry if it's desolate but I've countered an exercise about this and I haven't seen any explanation elsewhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I think I got an idea. The second sentence is wrong because the bad thing happen to the speaker, is that correct?

Yes, that's right. ～てもらう means "to receive a favor of doing", so it's used when the subject benefits from it.

The first one is what's called "indirect passive."
