Using てくれえる + keigo

Hi! This is my first time posting here, so pardon any faux-pas. I always lurk around the forums checking out Japanese language advice but i decided to go ahead and ask for help today. I'm using Genki II. (I know it's not the best, but it's what my classes use )
Anyway...
We just began learning how to use keigo. I learned the basics, including that ている becomes ていらしゃる and that くれる becomes くださる (generally).
So, if I want to use てくれる (someone does something for me), which part becomes keigo?
I wanna say something along the lines of "My adviser found a job for me." Currently I've got:
私のアドバイサーは仕事にみつけてくれました。
Can these be used together? Does the みつける become おみつけになる? Do I use くださる?

When you change a casual form "～てくれる" to the polite form, you just change くれる to くれます while the -te form is not changed, right? It's quite the similar in this case. アドバイサーの方が仕事を見つけてくださいました is correct.
(お見つけになってくださいました is not incorrect, but sounds too polite. These types of honorifics are often used in business scene, or rather, used only in business scene.)

So, if I'm understanding correctly, the part that I change is the くれる part and not the て-form part?

私のアドバイサーは仕事に見つけてくださいました。

Yes for 尊敬語, but the particle must be を, not に, as I corrected, since 仕事 is the object of 見つける.
アドバイサー without any honorific title doesn't fit the level of the politeness of 見つけてくださいました, therefore I added の方.
アドバイサーの方は can be correct in a context. は・が issue is hard to learn (or explain) indeed...

Ah, I understand. We haven't quite gone over の方 so I don't think I can include that (we're supposed to write a speech with only what we've learned thus far).
Would using アドバイサーさん or アドバイサー様 work? It may sound silly but that's what we've learned to this point and that's the assignment so... ^^;
I mean if it sounds too weird without it, I can jsut leave out the keigo, right?
