TV Guilty Pleasures

I recently revealed how one of TV related guilty pleasures was the original Ultraman which I had found on DVD. Well, with the explosion of old (and current) TV shows being released on DVD, I was able to bring home some more guilty pleasures:

Starsky & Hutch: My all-time favorite cop show. And I won't deny I loved the show mainly for that badass Gran Torino!


T. J. Hooker: William Shatner's cop show show from the early 80's. Bill was just as over the top there as he was on Star Trek!


S.W.A.T.: Heavy sigh! They just don't make decent shoot 'em up police shows like this any more!

Kolchak: The Night Stalker: Another fave, and a cult classic! Said to have been the inspiration for The X-Files!

My TV guilty pleasures.....
Well im rather limited in Korea, all that seems to be on is Home Shopping, and really old movies.
My favourite Drama series have finished, and now im at a loss!
Im hoping that they will start re-showing a drama series that I didnt get to see all of in NZ (its Korean).

Sex and the City was never a favourite of mine, till I came to Korea, but now even that has finished!

I'm a HUGE Kolchak fan. I've been waiting for that DVD forever. Another one of my favorite shows when I was a kid that I've been waiting for on DVD is Johnny Sokko. Anyone remember that one?

Well, Kolchak's out, so go get it! The series is just as great as I remembered it! Bought mine at Suncoast, but I'm sure other places like Best Buy and Circuit City will have it. Another guilty pleasure which isn't out on DVD yet (why I don't know) is The Equalizer. That was one of the coolest shows I've ever seen! Johnny Socko? Man! I just barely remember that one! That really takes me back, FAR back!!
