I was trying to find some webpage which would have some of the train fare prices in Japan (for me, I'd be looking for Osaka). I know the prices depends on what's you're destination and where are you buying your ticket, but..I'm still hopeful..
I just have to make some calculations, and even if there isn't a page for this fares, maybe there's someone who could help me?
I should travel from Nipponbashi to Sekime (in Osaka). I think I should therefore take the subway from Nipponbashi to Tenjinbashi first, and then change there to a subway that goes to Sekime. Does anyone know how much this approximately costs?
Thanks allready,
excited, nervous, but soooo happy Chipi ^_^
P.S. Oh, and, is it easy to rent a bike (for 6 weeks) in Osaka?
Anyway, looks like the cheapest way to get to Sekime from Nippombashi will cost you around 400 yen. Take the Sakaisuji subway line to Kitahama, then transfer to the Keihan line. But perhaps you are refering to the Sekime serviced by the subway, in which case you were right about transfering at Tenjinbashi and this'll cost you 270 yen.
if you are going to end up spending over 800yen on osaka subway transit just buy a day pass for i think, 850. you can buy them from the ticket machines and use it all day on any subway line.
