Good evening,
I have been doing some reading about how the object particle (を) can be used with motion verbs to describe motion through a dimension. For example:
公園を道った。(Ran through the park.)
道を歩いた。(Walked along the street.)
I really have two questions:
1. How is this idea formulated with non-motion transitive verbs, like 'to see', how would I describe 'seeing
through a window' for example.
2. It seems to me the a verb like 'to pull' is a motion transitive verb, I am trying to translate a sentence like "You pulled me through time." (from the awesome movie 'The Fountain'). It seems to me that in this sentence 'me' would take を, but then how would I express the 'through time' part?
Thanks everybody!
