Hello everyone
I'm new to this forum so I would like to say hi to everyone and I hope to get to know you all.

The reason I post I that I'm working on a web project and I'm going to use Japanese flag, but the problem is that I have two types of pictures for the flag. The current one which is red circle on white and second one which is red sun on white. So I was wondering if anyone know if its OK to use red sun on white, if that flag is appropriate to use on a web site. All your comments would be appreciated. Thank you for your help and have a good time.

Hi Pocasito ! Welcome To The Forum !!

If you go up to the top between "New Posts & "quick Links" you will see "SEARCH" . Type in "Japanese Flags" and it should take you to an old post where they went over a lot of info on the 2 flags. Glad you found JREF, hope you stay around to become one of the family, enjoy!

the red circle in the one we are used to seeing reperesents the sun. The one with the rays extending outwrd is used when japan is at war. (i think.)
